§1 scope of application
The general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries by Jürgen Stehle Haustechnik consumers (§13BGB).
§2 Contractual partner
The purchase contract is concluded with Jürgen Stehle Haustechnik, Oberer Eulenbergweg 21, 73776 Altbach.
§3 Offer and conclusion of contract
§3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. All offers apply “while stocks last”, unless something else is noted for the products. Errors excepted.
§3.2 By clicking the "Send order" button, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and does not yet constitute an acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within five days.
§4 Right of withdrawal
According to the provisions of distance selling law, consumers have a right of withdrawal with regard to purchased goods in accordance with the following instructions:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email, or use our cancellation form). The revocation is to be sent to.

We will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a shop.

§6.1 If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time because we are not supplied with this product by our supplier in time, we will inform you immediately. In such a case, you are free to wait for the ordered product or to cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, any payments already made will be reimbursed immediately.
§6.2 The goods are mostly delivered disassembled due to storage and transport costs.
